First Film Fundraiser

Join us this weekend for our first film fundraiser in Rochester, New York. Saturday, April 7, 2018 11-2 PM at the Phillis Wheatley Library

33 Dr. Samuel McCree Way Light refreshments will be served as we screen excerpts of the film and have a community discussion regarding rape and healing.

Welcome family & survivors as I share my story and encourage my community to support my efforts to educate our young girls to consciously be aware of surroundings and inspire survivors to healing.

“Once the healing has begun, don't neglect it till it's done. Whether the healing is big or small, either heal or don't heal at all”

It takes courage to face the fear of anxiety and fight depression when it's staring you in the face. With courage and strength healing takes time we must keep repeating affirmations for the soul to reach peace in our minds.

New York City Fundraiser

Friday, April 13, 2018 from 7-9 PM Tenacidad will have it's second fundraiser featuring a concert to raise funds for production in May. (#tenacidadfilm #rape #healing #sexualassault) This mothers day we are excited to shoot a family interview and hope to have raised funds for transportation, crew, and hotel. We will be traveling from Rochester, New York to Washington, D.C. and returning that weekend.
